Maple Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups Milk Sometimes I use canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup high grade maple syrup
  • 2 eggs, slighted whisked
  • 2 Tblsp melted butter, cooled
  • 1 cup raisins
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°Spray a 9x13 rectangular pan with cooking spray so the oatmeal wont stick.
  • Mix all wet ingredients: Combine milk, maple syrup, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix all Dry ingredients: In the same bowl as the wet ingredients, combine oats,nutmeg,cinnamon,salt, and baking powder, and raisins.
  • Pour ingredients into prepared pan and place in the center of the oven for 35-40 minutes.
  • Once done, let cool for 5 minutes and serve warm. Enjoy!
