How to: Make a Delicious Brodo
Brodo can be used for various soup bases and dishes but can also be had as a warm beverage.

- 1 Large White Onion
- 2 Large Carrot
- 1 Whole Garlic Cut in half
- 3 Stalks Celery
- 2 Pieces Beef Bones with Marrow cut in half
- 1/2 Pound Chicken Bones
- 1/2 Pound Pork
- 1 Spring Rosemary optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400° and place all washed vegetables ( except rosemary sprig) and bones on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes or fragrant.
Combine all roasted ingredients in pressure cooker, add seasoning and rosemary and cover with filtered water.
Set Instant Pot to seal and cook for 2 hours. Once time has elasped strain and store in a sealed glass jar.
