Add 12 eggs to the pressure cooker along with 1 cup water. Add 5 minutes to manual setting on high pressure. Make sure vent is set to seal.
Prepare a bowl with ice and cold water, set aside. Once timer on pressure cooker is up, let steam release naturally for 5 minutes. Add to cool water for 5 minutes and peel.
Cut the eggs lengthwise and place yolks in a bowl. Mash all yolks with remaining ingredients and fill ziploc bag. Snip the end and pipe. Chill eggs for 20 minutes up or up to two days ahead of time. Enjoy!
